My tires weren't rotates because of a wheel lock key. I specifically bought my locking lug nuts from Toyota so that it was a key that you guys had and in the many years I have brought my car in it was never an issue. I feel that someone should have contacted me to locate my key if yours wasn't available

I witnessed the person who took my truck into the bay screwing around slamming on the gas and breaks. I also now have a small scratch down to the metal on the bottom of the driver side back door that wasn’t there before the service and is still a brand new truck. I’m disappointed because up to this point I have always been happy with my service

I have to say that Brett was an awesome service representative!! He welcomed me in this morning with a warm smile as soon as I came. He was eager to help me and truly showed that he lived his job! Very energetic and compassionate about servicing my vehicle to my liking!! He checked on me while I was awaiting my vehicle, and kept me updated. This is the 1ST TIME EVER that I APPRECIATED the service that I received here at Toyota of Puyallup!
