last oil change September 2022 Your mechanics lost the oil cover which is attached to the skid plate. Toyota replaced the whole skid plate. Today it happened again good thing my wife noticed it was missing again before leaving the shop. This cannot be happening! It should be part of a check list, what ever was removed mist be installed back to the vehicle. Don’t you have a quality assurance to double check your mechanics assigned job? Maybe you need to start a Quality Assurance position.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Toyota and I’m not saying this time it was bad I’m just confused. I was in back in December for an oil change and a tire rotation and I was told my tires were rotated but when I went in yesterday, the guy did a great job explaining it to me but it got me thinking if you could’ve change my tires a couple months ago, but couldn’t yesterday because how I understood it was I need new Lugnuts And your tool couldn’t take my Lugnuts off and also I wasn’t given a new sticker in my car for when they come back.

I was sitting in the waiting room while my car was serviced and I had let the service advisor know this. He did not come to let me know my car was ready. When I went to ask about my car after seeing it outside, He said he messaged me via the phone number I checked in with which is my home number. All the other times I have been in, the service advisor comes to the waiting room to let the customer know their car is ready or that additional work is needed.
