I was in a panic mod with the drivers side window stuck part way up.
In this state Washington it rains a-lot .
I needed help right away.
From the gentleman that answered the phone and got me in within a couple of hours to Jimmy Allen(hes a rock star) to the Mechanic that work on the car, the parts people involved to find the part and get it to the dealership, the loan car, the lady that took my payment information and God bless the people that was the car as well.
It takes a team to do all these things.
And Toyota Corp. ya need to buy these folks some Pizza!
Congrats to helping out a 66 year old man!

When I made the apt with Toyota for an oil change / service - I assumed it was to get a checkup on my car as well as the oil change.
In my mind - the inspection that's offered with the oil change is to take care of the health of the car.
I tried telling him about a sound I'm hearing - it just started.
He says - did you book an apt for that?
Come to find out - booking an oil change with Toyota is really no different than going to jiffy lube.
Although - I bet the prices are better at an oil change place.
I came to Toyota to get my Toyota serviced. I'm paying premium for what I thought was a better service.
I'm not doing that anymore. It takes forever to get an apt. And then it's nothing more than an oil change?
Come on now.
He could care less about the car. I can get that anywhere - without having to wait weeks to do it!
