My appointment was at 3:30 for an oil change. I was told it would be ready at 5. It was not ready until after you were closed. My car finally came out at 6:35. I waited for over 3 hours.

Had a scheduled appointment for 0945 got there early think I checked in at 0930ish was told that it would take about 1 1/2 due to being short handed. Was ok but it took 2 hours why make appointments for certain times if it going to take so long. Not very impressed with service
