Everyone was nice, professional, and helpful from start to finish. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment date and the staff made it happen anyway. I really appreciated them working with me, not to mention they finished with my car ahead of schedule. Also, the female that was in training seemed to be learning very fast and the male training her was there to help as needed, but allowed her to work independently as much as she was able. Thank you for a great experience overall.

This is my second or third visit with toyota of puyallup service and everytime I come in it seems like I always have to wait because they seems so busy and they always say well be right with you and I have noticed that if you're white you get entertain right away but because maybe I'm a different color and I also noticed that after they helped me. Some other customers don't even wait that long to be seen as soon as they walk in can I help you. And I said to myself wow why is it everytime I come in it seems like they always want me to wait.. that's what I have noticed everytime I come in. Also there is no more snacks in the waiting area and you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours.
