My vehicle was waiting for about 20 minutes before I went to the counter to ask about it. Several employees were standing around and only one was working hard and willing to help me. I didn't catch his name but appreciated him very much. My time is valuable and wait times have become longer and longer. I am debating whether to continue to use Toyota to service my vehicle because of this.

There were 2 items that could have gone better. I requested a loaner and there were none available (but the gentleman that cashed me out gave me a punch card for a free oil change that was very nice) and I didn’t get a sticker in the window letting me know when service should be done next.

Your service department Rotated my tires and repaired one tire. My valve cover was not put back on my tire. There was white grease on my rim from repairing the tire. I was frustrated to have to ask for valve stem comer back and something be able to wipe off the white grease.
