Alfred was amazing from start to finish on both of my visits. He assisted with letting me know what my vehicle needed and how long it would take, he helped me arrange it around my busy schedule. The best experience I’ve had at Lexus since I purchased my car. So excited to have found a dealership that actually works hard to provide real customer service.

The issue is that I noticed my car is leaking what I believe is oil. I was about to leave when I noticed a big puddle in the garage and it also stained our driveway. I have never had an issue with my car leaking anything before. I would like to have this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you.
