Experience was totally satisfying. The only issue we had wait time on drive. The greeter or valet checked us in right upon arrival.The time frame from valet to advisor 16 mins wait time abit long. The service from advisor was amazing, professional, explain everything clear on our concern totally satisfied. Facility was clean, plenty amenities and cashier was fast professional friendly . I had texted Mark Gray about where Lexus left a tracing powder to check for an oil leak which is stated on the report. I never got an answer back from him on 1/18/24. He wasn’t at work on 1/19/24 when I picked up my car. In the report that was sent to me it only states they found an oil leak in the front passenger axle. I will call Mark Gray on Monday to see where they think there’s a possible oil leak.
