The consultant, although polite and friendly, did not offer good explanation on the things to be done, just listed them to me with the total price. Other consultants would explain and enumerate how much each one would be and even gave me a choice as to which package to do for what price. Did not give me a choice if I wanted those done or not. Also, Such a long wait for the service. Initially I was told it would be 2 hours, which was okay. Got an update 2.5 hours later to tell me another hour for extra things needed to be replaced. Did not hear any updates until more than 2 more hours after that if I didn't approach the consultant, nobody would update me. Just sitting at the lobby for more than 4 hours total now. Asked me to wait another 15 minutes to finish up but did not come back to me until more than 30 minutes later. Told me to pay up and wait for the car outside just to be told that they were barely going to wash it. So waited outside for another 15 minutes. Waited a total of 5 hours, with so little updates in between until I had to ask. Been going here since the first maintenance of my car and this was the worst visit ever.
