We are dissatisfied with the amount we had to pay to get a replacement key for our UX 200.The fact that we were charged for a full hour of labor of over $200 is ludicrous when we know it does not take an hour to program and cut a new key. My husband works with computers and knows it would only take about 10 to 15 minutes to do this process. To pay $578 for a key is ridiculous.We are not happy and feel taken advantage of.
