Service part was great. The checking out part was horrible. The cashier who assisted me was rude and spoke no words and he body language was very rude. She only asked me to sign below and as I gave her back my paperwork she grabbed it aggressively and I said "do you speak?" She said nope! And walked away. I didn't understand why the attitude and why she seemed so upset. Clearly this person shouldn't be working in a place dealing with customer service. Clearly there are many lexus dealerships I can take my car too and after this , it looks like that's what I will do. I tried calling to speak to a manager but to my surprise no manager was available and the person who answered said a manager will be available till Wednesday. I asked if there was a manager in place well the other one is not there? They put me on hold for awhile and I hung up and called again and of course no I e answered. I have never been treated like this before and I have serviced 2 lexus cars here before. This is unexceptable and I don't understand how lexus would allow someone with this kind of attitude represent them.
