Chris Santos was so nice and professional. He really helped me out today when I came in with a nail in my tire. He communicated with technicians and ensured that the problem was carefully corrected. Very good experience with him and Crown Lexus like usual. I live in Corona but the service at Riverside Lexus does not measure up to Crown Lexus and will be returning here.
