He explained in detail the recommended work needed for my vehicle as well as suggestions on what prevenitive maintenance should be considered. Maybe for first time Lexus buyers you don’t give them a new Lexus Service Advisor for their very first service appointment. While James did the best he could it was difficult for us to feel comfortable when he had only been with Crown Lexus for 4 months and it was his first time working for the Lexus brand. The drink machine was giving watery coffee and hot chocolate when we first dropped the car off, we let someone know and they refilled it but it still wasn’t good. When we came back to pick the car up the drinks coming out of the machine were still watery. Finally we went to the Cashier to check out and was told she couldn’t find our invoice. James said he printed it and started looking through the invoices but we could tell the cashier didn’t want him going through her stuff. He finally ended up printing another invoice. So overall, we did not have a very good first experience with the Crown Lexus Service Department.
