To: Lexus Marketing. During the 1st year of my 3-yr. ~$45,000 RX 350 lease, the yellow LEXUS trim on the driver floor mat began to loosen. This item was never addressed during any of the Lexus of Riverside Maintenance Service and when I asked the Manager if it could be glued to prevent further fray, he said they didn’t have any glue. Would it possible to replace that mat?
