I never write reviews, but what I experienced at Crown Lexus deserves RECOGNITION. I brought my wife’s Lexus in for brake service and was immediately impressed by the professionalism and clarity Christian Santos provided. His attention to detail, confidence, and ability to explain the diagnosis made the entire process effortless, and the brake issues were resolved exactly as he described.
I was so taken by his knowledge that I returned two days later with my own Lexus LS. Christian told me, “Bring the car to us and we will provide a clear diagnosis and work with you to resolve the issues,” and he delivered exactly that. The Lexus technology system is excellent, but Christian’s guidance is what elevates the entire experience.
Everyone at Crown Lexus, from the valet to the service team, was helpful and professional, but Christian is the reason for this review. His clarity, dedication, and exceptional understanding of Lexus vehicles reflect positively on Crown Lexus and Lexus Corporate.

I live in the city of West Covina and easily I Can go over to Longo Lexus, but I choose to go crown Lexus in Ontario because of the loyalty and respect that I received from your dealership service. The respect I get from crown Lexus IS greater than driving 6 miles to get treated like, I'm nobody. I rather drive 30 miles and get treated like a king. Then to be ignored. Very impressed with George Gonzalez. He got the job done in one day instead of the 2 I was quoted over the phone and he still provided me a loaner. He also got the job done for way less than I was quoted as there were some parts I didn’t end up needing and the bumper did not need to be painted. Probably my best service experience yet with Crown Lexus. George Gonzalez gets 5 stars!!!
