Came in for routine oil change, and had ann issue, which was taken care of without hesitation. Was offered a loaner vehicle, which I actually only used to get to my house and return it two days later. Really did appreciate that.

Realized I already received a 70k service and this time should have been a 75k service. Service agent either didn’t check the car history to correct this or saw the car history and still decided to do the 70k service. I ended up getting and paying for an unnecessary oil change. Also I was told I needed a new battery. The service agent again did not check my service history, I had to remind him that I received the battery from them and believed it was a 5 year battery in order to get my new battery prorated. If I didn’t remind him of this I would have paid full price on the battery. Things like this will make me go to another Lexus service center that is about the same distance for me if not a little closer. I come to your service office due to the service agents in the past have been on top of everything and checking history.
