The whole visit was a complete waste of time. I called the office to make an appointment for a safety recall. After arriving I checked in and told them I was there for the recall and I would be waiting in the office. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they took the car apart to inspect it but didn’t have the part to replace it and I would have to come back at another time. A complete waste of time that was easily avoidable within the first 10-15 minutes when they should have checked to see if they had the part in stock before working on my vehicle. A terrible experience that makes me question how this location is managed and if they are capable of handling simple repairs for my vehicle.

Faustino was fantastic he quickly got me in and provided the loaner. The work was done before I knew it, since I was at church I didn't see my messages. Once I came to pick up my vehicle Faustino got me out quick. Unfortunately I forgot my Bible in the loaner. Thank the Lord I was told I can pick it up today.
