I had the best experience with this dealership , my service advisor Christian Santos was very professional, detail oriented and very knowledgeable, responsible!
I had tree sap and lots dead bugs on my car from a road trip I took weeks ago, Christian was so detailed, he made sure those comes off before I pick up my car, he personally came to me and told me that he apologized for the wait, he had to to send my car back to get it cleaned again!
You don’t see a lot of responsible people today! But he is one! Definitely recommend this location for your Lexus!
