This service is to change tires and batteries at 3500 miles, but you see, the next service is 50385 miles, and the car meter shows 45458 miles. Did you adjust the mileage of the car by 10000 miles when you serviced the car? I don't understand, please let me know the reason. Thank you.

I came in for a minor service. I have 37,000 miles on my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership I was met by a gentleman who accessed the condition of my tires and it was suggested that all four be replaced. While sitting with Christian he also pointed out to me from a photo of my battery that there was corrosion on my battery and it needed to be cleaned at a discounted price of approximately $66.00 , and if not done it could cause problems, understood agreed to have this done. Back to the tires, so I explained to Christian that I would not be having the tires replaced at the dealership as I thought it was to expensive. Still, he is asking it I wanted to get the wheel alignment and tire rotation done. I said to Christan, why would have a wheel alignment and rotation done if I’ll be having tires relplaced elsewhere and it would make sense to have the wheels aligned and no rotation needed. I requested initial service (fluids topped if and overview of vehicle) and to clear the corrosion off the battery at his recommendation. His response “oh I’m not doing a service for just the battery, I’ll pull your vehicle up”.
