Alfredo is world class! He is very polite and professional and treats his clients with the utmost of respect. He was clear and upfront with all costs and steps along the vehicle service progress making me fully aware of each step. He is a true car guy and is passionate about taking care of my car like his own. He owns 3 Lexus vehicles and has a deep understanding of how to properly maintain them, which ultimately benefits his customers. I was disappointed that I had to leave my car overnight for a service I was told would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I received the call that my car was ready in the next afternoon. It was very inconvenient to have to come back the next day bc I live in the high desert. I was, however, very satisfied with the car wash and the person who brought my car to me when I went to pick it up.

Good morning! To say I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. We love our Lexus vehicles! My wife recently brought our 2010 IS 250 in for an oil change. While the vehicle was in for an oil change, we thought we would have the tire pressure sensors checked as well. The tire pressure sensor light has been on the dashboard for several years now. I have checked the tire pressures manually myself, so I know the tires are not leaking. This also confirms that I must have a bad tire pressure sensor. When my wife received the bill, the test to tell me what I already knew, I had a bad tire pressure sensor was $224.00! This isn’t even to repair the sensor. This is just to tell me my sensor has a low battery or is bad, again, what I already knew. I cannot believe that a test to check my tire pressure sensors costs $224. This is ridiculous! Not even the oil change was that much! We are a single income family and I cannot afford to have my vehicles serviced at your dealership! I would love to have my beautiful Lexus’ serviced by the dealer I bought them at, but the prices are absurd! You guys should be ashamed. I wish the service writer would have made it clear how much this test cost! I unfortunately will not be bringing any of my Lexus vehicles back to Crown Lexus for service! I do not know how you do business in good faith charging these prices. I am sorry to have to write this poor review! Nicholas Magallanez ****-****-xxxx
