When you are waiting for your vehicle advisor should be telling you updates with your car. It has been 3 times at Ontario Lexus and I never left satisfied. They need more customer services to be more efficient to build relationships with the customers. I have owned a Mercedes Benz before and nobody gets the same customer service as they do. I work with customers as well and I know what customer service is all about. Please improve your communication with the client.
