Frank was excellent in handling my intake and concerns. my only disappointment was the car detail. there were areas that were not wiped dry and waterspout were visible. as this was on the chrome bar on the entry, it was visible. Lilly, in valet, did grab a cloth and did her best to clean it. As I paid for a detail, I feel you should be aware.

Ciao added extra services I did not want. I came in for a major service and he added other things. He even added a key fob battery, which I did not need. I still have not picked up my car because there was no one available to talk to when I went to pick it up yesterday. I left a message for management to return my call today. Luckily the team gave me back my loaner car so I could settle this issue, when I get off of work today. While I was dropping off my car, ciao tried to put an alignment service on also. I told him no. I told him to please send me the link so I can approve and disapprove any services. He did not send me the link , I just come from and my eyes were dilated. I was unable to see clearly any paperwork. I let him know that and he still added on services.
