Frank was great! Molding that was installed is not the correct color of the vehicle it does look off, but we need our vehicle for a planned trip. I understand the paint was outsourced and does not reflect on Crown Lexus nor Frank. I will address color difference at a later time seeing that a molding does not affect the overall usability of our vehicle. Thank you

I have been going to Crown Lexus since 2018. This is where I bought. My Lexus from this is who has maintenance my Lexus. Always treated nicely with respect never had a problem. With any of the service representatives. Mr. seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. This is my second visit for the same problem with my vehicle explain to me was annoyed at the questions I was asking. When I asked him to write on my invoice the price he was giving me For 30 days, he refused and said he would remember it. I asked him how it was not in the computer. He said he would remember it. I said I walked to my car. It was not washed and when I asked him why he said he thought I was in a hurry, which I never indicate I was in a hurry , I was not happy with Mr. Chow’s service.
