George is ALWAYS honest and upfront. He listens to my concerns and I ALWAYS feel I can trust him without reservation. George asks clarifying questions and seeks to understand my concerns. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to keep me coming back to the dealership for my service needs. For this service, he made sure my car was cleaned and gassed. He communicated with me the duration my car was being serviced. This is not the first time George has helped me and I ALWAYS hope to get George when I pull up for service.

I still feel that when we turn on air conditioner for back of Lexus that it should stay on until we turn it off. The front and seat air conditioner stay on until turned off - then why do we have to reset the back air conditioner when goes off. No need to call me back on my comments . Thanks
