The tech that gave me my car was looking for my car inside the he shop and came out was looking for it outside was not inside and I told the guy that was doing my paper work and he said no that’s not your car and it was my car and the rep said this car been sitting here for a while and it took them so long to call me back I had any appointments at 915 am and they didn’t call me till 11 am and the rep that was doing my paper work said it was ready in 30 min then why did it take them so long to call me .
