My service advisor is Faustino Ruiz, and he was not working when I came in for my service. George Gonzalez stated he would take good care of me in his absence, but he did not. He didn't provide good customer service to me. He never once checked on me while my car was being serviced, and he didn't provide a good discount. I missed the royal treatment that I usually get from Tino. I was not happy.
