1st In discussion with tire person the total cost for the new tires was $894 installed. Not true.. xtra for installation
2nd Received no info on tires …invoice warranty specifications rebate etc..
3rd Because we purchased many cars from Ontario Lexus we had a VIP card for 10% off on all services.. Not given this time …
4th Your service was excellent..We always dealt with Danelle until she was promoted..
5th My fault for not checking my paper work before leaving…Work sheet for the allotment not there. Paper work on tires not there ..Everything was on paper work you gave me for the pay out
6th Sorry for complaining so much…The tire misrepresentation upset me.. Thanks Roger Hough
