Purchased car in January. Preowned 350 RC. Had an issue with alignment found out there was a warn caster bushing. Caster bushing was ordered I had an appointment set 2 weeks ago however I had to cancel. Appointment was reset for last Thursday. Advisor said the part is not here. I needed 5k service that was tire rotation. I waited about an hour for tire rotation. Advisor said the caster bushing will be available next week. So this weekend I’m looking at my wheels. I have a small scar on passenger rear wheel and that wheel is still there. TIRE ROTATION WAS NOT DONE!!!!!!!!!
