I brought my vehicle in for its first scheduled service, which was only a tire rotation. My service advisor, George, asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, and I said yes. After waiting about an hour and a half, I checked on the status of my vehicle and was then told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes just for the wash.
At that point, I declined the wash because I had already been there much longer than expected for such a simple service.
