Thank you for the great customer service. When I initially made my call for service, I had to disconnect but I immediately got a call back from the service department to schedule my maintenance appointment the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. As I because it was early in the morning and I didn’t want to disturb other customers with my phone calls I waited in the sales area. At 9:00 the sales team arrived. I apologize for being in there area and said I would move. They told me I was welcome to sit there as long as needed and did it with a smile. Even the valet was courteous and friendly. It’s very evident Crown Lexus takes pride in the excellent service their all staff provides. Thank you.
