"The service experience was frustrating. After being transferred between advisors and having to repeat my story, I witnessed a staff member being quite rough with my car, throwing the floor mats into the trunk and leaving them there. I expect better handling and attention to detail from Lexus. Even though the later service was fine, the initial treatment of my car was unacceptable." But Geroge is very professional and great customer service.

I made an online appointment with Chris Santos and received two text confirmations referencing Chris, yet he was off for the day. The online reservation system should account for that and show Chris not available. Tony was friendly and applied a discount which I appreciated. I did get charged fuel for the loaner car and an unknown separate $25 charge. These were not explained upfront. It would have been good to know there was a change in obtaining a loaner. I don't recall paying anything in the past. I could have paid for the gas myself, cheaper than the $8.50 per gallon charged.
