My family has been servicing our vehicles at Crown Lexus for over a decade, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony. When I first started handling maintenance for my own Lexus vehicle, I tried a few different service advisors before asking my family for their recommendation, and that’s how I found Tony. Since then, I’m a loyal Tony customer and have even moved out of the area, but I will always return to see Tony.
Tony is truly exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, and also genuinely kind, patient, and trustworthy. I feel completely confident placing my car in his care every single time. He consistently goes above and beyond, not just for me but for my entire family, and that level of service is rare.
