Faustino provided me exemplary service. He called me the morning of my scheduled appointment to assure me he was able to provide me a loaner vehicle so I could get back to my office and continue working. He had me in and out within in minutes of showing up. Seriously I can’t help but talk to Faustino because he has the attitude of a person you want to see and talk to first thing in the morning because he always seems to happy and ready to go. Great person and to me the epitome of a Crown Lexus Service Representative. He also gave me a heads up of what my next service for my Lexus would entail, better to have a heads up than to walk in blindly. I can appreciate that and that speaks volumes as to his transparency.
