Mark is seriously the nicest customer rep I have ever dealt with. He deserves a raise. This was a very frustrating issue considering we just bought the car 1 month before. But dealing with Mark maybe the whole issue easier. Both my husband and I agreed, you just cant be upset when talking to Mark. He really deserves a raise. He is one of a kind.
