The service I received from George Gonzalez absolutely exceeded my expectations as he was not only professionally thoughtful, but he anticipated my vehicle and customer service needs before I even uttered a request! He was extremely time efficient and service oriented. He made me feel grateful that I chose Lexus as my vehicle and made me like a valued customer. THiS is the kind of VIP service that I always longed for when I used Infiniti but Lexus really knows how to elevate the customer service and make us feel proud to be Lexus Clients!
