I have an anxiety disorder and despite medication certain days and certain events can make it very fun to deal with and unfortunately that day and those events was one of them. I broke down in tears and Zachary was amazing doing as requested and acting as professional as anyone I had ever seen. Brooke over in the rental car division was also very professional very polite and handled the situation very well. I did not even end up being charged for one day use of the rental the service technician repaired my dash cam and mounted it for me and helped me to do what the issue was through process of elimination. I could not be any happier with a level of service dedication and going above and beyond the call of duty with code Toyota. I have bought two vehicles one with the previous owner Mike Smith this one with coad and I brag and brag on on the dealership to everyone. I have never in my life experienced such amazing service from sales to rental cars and shuttle service. This is definitely not something you will experience with a GM or fort product. I am Toyota for life and I am huge fan of your dealership ???????? thank you to Zachary the shuttle driver the service technician Brooke and everyone else that stepped in to assist me I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it and that service technician going above and beyond with my dash cam brings tears to my eyes in this day and age.

I was told my tire could not be repaired because the service dept. did not have the correct fix. No discussion regarding safety or otherwise. I was not happy that my only option was a new tire.
