Went in for routine service. A leak was discovered, diagnosed, and repaired - and covered under power train warranty. Also provided a rental so I wouldn’t miss an appointment.

Had an antifreeze smell. Front desk people have no clue. Told me there was a vent on the reservoir
Then the young lady said it was the spring on the radiator cap. Wrong again. Was told others had a similar problem. As if that made it ok. I'm allergic to the antifreeze smell. Don is to call me when he talks to someone else. I asked the service manager to show me the vent. No vent. Sealed system. I had been smelling antifreeze just before we made our appointment
Also they did not put a new oil change sticker on my car
