The friendliness and timeliness upon arriving were perfect. However, I got an estimate that I was sure included a locking glove box. I waited for my repair for 2 hours and then found out they my glove box did not include a lock and I would have to come back for more time and more money. Disappointed. Attention to these details with expertise is very important to me.
