Was charged $200 and told I would gave to replace radio system in my 2021 Rav, when indeed it needed a simple 'reverse reset' that techs arecawarevto try first. I did contact service dept who refunded the $200 charge. Dalen was very kind and apologic.

I was met immediately upon arrival, checked in promptly and told what to expect. The service was performed ahead of the time originally indicated. I received an electronic copy of the multi-point inspection detail. The technician shared with me the service results, gave me a copy of the work order and thanked me for my business. He was very professional and courteous.
