If I wasn’t so desperate to get my car service, I’d left after an hour. 2.5 hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation? You got to be kidding me. What you do is tell customers is you are far too behind to get to them today and would they like to reschedule. As it stands now, I’ll never come back. I won’t give you a chance to waste an afternoon of mine again.

I have a 2018 Lexus RX350. I need a Toyota battery for it. I understood I could not get a Toyota battery. I could get an Interstate battery. I thought My Lexus was of the Toyota Fanily. It’s 150 miles to nearest Lexus Dealer. Why can’t I have it serviced at a Toyota Dealer??
