My brakes are shimmying when applied and I told the guy this and he blew me off and said if it kept happening I’d need to make ANOTHER appointment to be seen by an advanced technician. My car was there, I reported a problem and it should have been addressed while I was there. I should not have to take additional time off and schedule another appointment. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
