Nick was very helpful, but when I arrived for my appointment there was a waiting room full of people and my Tundra sat in the arrival bay for at least a half hour. I asked Nick if I should reschedule, he was very helpful and checked with service about the timeline. He kindly offered me a discount for waiting which I appreciated, but I waited an additional 45 minutes! Seemed like a long time for an oil change. In the past someone from service would come out and show me my filters and ask if I wanted to replace them. This time the pickup was brought to the parking lot and on my checkout sheet it said both the engine and cabin filter were in need of immediate replacement and I would need to reschedule for that. A little frustrating with my 24 mile trip!

Nick helped me to learn how to negotiate the otherwise difficult if not impossible controls that appear as screen options in my car. The "Drive Connect" page should be eliminated completely. The other screens should be thoroughly altered to make them user friendly, which they currently are not. Completely unintuitive.
Example: my wife spent 45 minutes trying to change the channel on the radio while I was driving and she never succeeded.
Nick showed me how that was to have been done...but in this day and age Toyota shouldn't have made it so ridiculously difficult !

When made appointment a long time ago the person said would change oil when came in regardless of mileage is sufficient time since last time in. The people today were nice but I was hurting physically and would not not driven there if knew no oil change would be made. When purchased car there expected periodic oil changes without changing rules. No consistency among service advisors it seems.
10,000 between oil changes seems unrealistic and won’t be my practice…
