She did a great job. Notified me of an issue with the strut on the driver side. Fortunately, I had it replaced by another shop and it was still under warranty so I’m having it serviced soon. I wouldn’t have known about it failing. She was knowledgeable and got everything done quickly.

The service specialists are great there. I spoke with a young get gentleman that explained to me very kindly the potential cost I may incur. I was a little perturbed at first but he was patient with me. Isaiah was very helpful in the afternoon and got the tech Jason to ride around with me to show him my concerns. They were all great. My only real frustration is that it took nearly 3 hrs. Thankfully I have Fridays off but it’s a real time **** and I know you guys were. It’s after the holiday. God bless.

It took one hour and fifty minutes to do a tire rotation and fluid check. I had an appt. That's just too long for that. But also, they left greasy and dusty handprints all over my door, steering wheel, and sun visor. That really kind of stinks since my car is brand new. I think you can do better. Honestly, not even sure why they needed to touch the visor. But light grey really shows grease...

Things could’ve been a lot easier with the app process if somebody would’ve explained it to me instead of just saying oh there’s an app I did navigate my way through it, but I could see how someone would have a lot of problems with it and in the end it didn’t work anyway
