First , I arrived at the appointment time and then had to wait 49 minutes before my vehicle was taken by the mechanic. No complaint about the mechanics schedule . His time is dictated by the previous appointment .
I was just un-informed about the possibility of having to wait. Longer than an assumed time to do the requested service. Second , there is no questionnaire about the mechanics service which I find much more important. I will offer such. He did an excellent job , but I wish I could have consulted with him directly to better understand what took place on my vehicle as I do all my own work otherwise. Long story short ; I feel there is a need for a more personal interaction option between the vehical owner and the mechanic. Thank you , Neal F

Thomas was good and kind, but the service was poor. I waited for over five hours for service that was to take two or less. The problem was a communication glitch with the regional office that failed to respond to your dealership. It was just an unfortunate situation.
