The experience level was lacking. Tried to charge us for a new cabin filter that just had debri that could be shaken out. Only once we questioned it, they looked further into it. Also, we weren’t provided with the entire inspection report. Had to ask for it. Only my second service appointment for this vehicle but did not match up to my first experience.

I asked for a car wash and was told only if the sales wash team was available. No wash when I picked it up. We've been getting our Toyotas serviced with you for years (not to mention purchasing2 new vehicles), and car washes used to be complementary. Not happy with the new policy.
