I just was wondering on do I ask next time to have them wash the outside or is that only done for certain plans. I have Toyota care because my 4 runner is only 6 months old. Thanks

The little oil change reminder sticker most shops these days place in the corner of the windshield was missing, does your service dept do this? It’s a very small but important detail some customers do rely on, a visual reminder, of services needed. Also the service number that is placed on the rear view mirror was left in place. I’m the customer so why am I now responsible for removing and disposing of it? Was I not the one paying for the service? These are two what some would deem trivial items, but are they? Attention to detail even minor ones are very important to some customers.

The service man that having my break fluid changed was part of the 30,000 recommended service. When I got home, my manual was not recommended service. That was Senior abuse, and I will notify authorities about this case. It is fraud on your establishment.
