I wasn’t happy that that when my wife arrived she was told that she should get an oil change when that wasn’t necessary. Also the maintenance notification wasn’t turned off. Also the the car wasn’t vacuumed or washed which has been our experience with other dealerships.

I recommend that your sales staff makes clear to your customers when they bring their cars in for 5,000-mile check-ups, the difference between what needs to be done (oil change, etc) and what else could be done but isn't necessarily required. That difference was not made clear to me.
