Received a text message at 9:27am from John Noonan that said my vehicle was done. Received a voicemail at 11:40am from Isaiah saying they diagnosed vehicle and parts were in stock but truck would not be ready to go until 5:00pm. Went to pick it up at 5:00pm and service dept said truck is not ready and “that’s why we didn’t call you”. An update that they needed it overnight as they didn’t have the parts , would have been helpful before I left work early and drove 1/2 hour to pick it up. Now it supposedly will be complete tomorrow at 10:30am. Feeling lots of miscommunication from your dealership and do not trust your work as nothing has been as stated.

I 2as a little surprised by the lack of regular tours service but in the end the mechanic did make me feel they took care of some if the things snd completed 2/3 of the itens. It was the staff mechanics that I believe didn't originally work on it. And issah was not friendky in and ne yooned a fleet of cars si they couldn't vacumme my front careers, the next day as I sat unable yo open my hood or start my car I wachrd hoe unbusybtgey were with any fleet cars as they actually made me smile being funny with soap buckets and it was new years eve but I was suppose yo pick it up the might before snd no call. I love in my Toyota venza with my German Sheppard and it was and cold have been a tough situation. I was late as I fetl a sleep trying to keep my car running all night to make it. Abd could have vrought it back the next day as the alternator as stressed was most importantly done 5hat Dat. A few things were not done but it was just as confusing to communicate at pick up. Stagg all else wee frievfku and oll be back.
