Scheduled a key fob 3 weeks prior. Waited 2 1/2 hours at appointment to be told a new fob would arrive the next day. Rescheduled for noon the following day, but was told the new fob should arrive earlier and they will call. Received a call at 1pm and told that there is a delay and they will call. No phone call for the next 26 hours. Decided to go personally to Damian Lillard Toyota. Miraculously, the fob had just arrived and got me in. But… they don’t have the machine to cut the key and I will have to take care of that myself. $377.25 for a key fob, an uncut key, and a waste of three full days. Don’t think I will return anytime soon.

I was put in a life-threatening position in my vehicle due to the negligence of one of Damian Lillard’s technicians. A bolt was not torqued appropriately when I had work done there, leading to it backing out while I was driving. Ultimately, Smiles, Isaiah, and the team corrected the issue as quickly as possible, but I have lost confidence in the skill set and attention to detail required for this type of service, and won’t likely recommend your company for service needs.
That being said, every employee that I’ve dealt with there has been kind and courteous, and after an excellent purchase experience with LeeAnne, I will recommend your team for non-service needs!

The job supposed to take an hour and half and I was there for four hours. The brake job was done already few month ago and they did it again as was not done correctly from the beginning. I was told that by 3:00 pm the van will be ready, I checked by 3:30 if it was ready and he had the key there, by the time he finished the paperwork was 4:00 pm. So I hope the brakes work well now, otherwise I will take the van in Salem to be fix and send you the bill, I am not going to go all the way there and wait that long anymore. Thank you
