I was greeted right away and given all the details of my service appointment. I then was told I could wait in the waiting area were they offer coffee,tea and fresh donuts. I didn't have a long wait and when they were finished I was escorted to my car. Great service!!!

I bought my car 2 years ago this month. There was a new battery per Brock and now the battery has gone bad. Nobody wants to cover the battery even though it should last 5 to 7 years, because I am not the purchaser. I am the purchaser of the car 1 month after the battery was installed. If I had bought a new car instead of used maybe it would be handled differently but I have only put 6,000 miles on it in 2 years and that battery should still be good. Even a discounted price would have made me happy but I was told too bad.

Acura always pulled our vehicle up to the door after service and had it washed so we didn’t have to go find it in the lot. That would be a good way to finish your service.

Isaiah's incredible and he saved the day! I had seen him a few weeks back and dealt with a rodent chewing through some wires in my car and when I noticed the nest again I rescheduled my oil change and bumped it up to see service right away. He happened to walk out of the building and I immediately could breathe knowing I was taking care of. We deduce that it wasn't until new issue but rather rodents trying to create a nest in there again and I ended up getting the oil change after all. My car is running great and I am a loyal Damian Lillard customer for life because of isaiah! Thanks again! You guys rock!

I was disappointed to see contenta of my glovebox on the floor of the passenger side. Contents including glasses obviously came out when checking the cabin air filter but not treated with care or replaced.

We had appointments at 1:00 and 2:00. My first vehicle didn’t get done till after 3 and my second vehicle didn’t leave to go back till after 3. At that point, I said, never mind bring me back to my second vehicle, because I am not going to sit here and wait another two hours for my vehicle. What is the point of making appointments if we have to wait for hours before our vehicles are serviced?. Very disappointing with my last few appointments
